NCCA is looking to hire the following full-time teaching positions for the 2025-26 school year:
4th grade classroom Teacher
5th grade classroom teacher
Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in education. Certification is preferred. Subjects taught include: Bible, English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies and Science.
We are looking for mature Christian teachers who desire to serve the Lord through their gifts of caring for and ministering to children.

NCCA is in need of substitute teachers and substitute teacher aides.
Applicants must have all necessary child worker clearances. Certification is not necessary.
- Teachers must be able to manage a classroom of children and be able to follow lesson plans.
- Teacher aides must be able to work with children and assist the classroom teacher. This may include assisting with teaching.
